Welcome to Wontanara Conference an international platform for dance enthusiasts, professionals, and educators. Our refund policy is designed to address various scenarios while ensuring fairness and sustainability for the event and all participants.
**Non-Refundable Fees:**
- **Conference Registration Fee**: All registration fees for the conference are non-refundable. These fees cover the cost of securing your participation and contribute towards the overhead costs of organizing the event.
- **Class Enrollment**: Fees paid for class enrollments are non-refundable. These fees reserve your spot in classes and compensate our instructors.
**Refund Eligibility for Accommodations and Additional Services:**
1. **Event Cancellation or Significant Alterations by Organizers**: If the conference is canceled or significantly altered by the organizers, a full or partial refund, including registration fees, will be offered.
2. **Travel Restrictions or Visa Denials**: For international attendees facing travel restrictions or visa denials, a partial refund (excluding registration and class fees) may be provided if notified at least 3 weeks** before the event for 50% refund. Any request between 1-2 weeks prior to the event is only eligible for a 30 % refund.
**No Refunds for Unforeseen Personal Circumstances:**
Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen personal circumstances, including but not limited to illness or family emergencies. Please select Purchase Protection on our site to cover this expense (additional fees may apply for insurance.)
